Our Mission
VeriTrace Testing Solutions was founded to make court-admissible testing accessible, transparent, and stress-free. As a digital broker, we partner with AABB-accredited labs and CLIA-certified collection sites across the SF Bay Area to deliver results you can trust — whether you need them for a courtroom, an HR file, or your own peace of mind.

AABB Accreditation
Our partner labs hold AABB accreditation — the gold standard for DNA testing accuracy, chain-of-custody integrity, and result admissibility in US courts.
AABB (formerly the American Association of Blood Banks) sets the highest standards for relationship testing. Accreditation requires rigorous proficiency testing, quality management systems, and independent inspection.
DOT Certification
Our drug screening program meets all requirements of 49 CFR Part 40, the federal regulation governing workplace drug and alcohol testing for safety-sensitive industries.
DOT-regulated industries include commercial trucking (FMCSA), aviation (FAA), rail (FRA), transit (FTA), and pipeline (PHMSA). Our MRO-reviewed results satisfy all federal reporting requirements.
HIPAA Compliance
All test results and personal health information are handled under strict HIPAA protocols. Your data is never shared without your explicit authorization.
We maintain technical, administrative, and physical safeguards for all protected health information (PHI). Results are delivered only to authorized parties through our secure portal.
Chain of Custody
Every sample is collected, sealed, and documented by a trained neutral collector. The unbroken chain of custody is what makes our results legally defensible.
Chain-of-custody documentation tracks every step from collection to lab analysis. Tamper-evident seals, witnessed collection, and documented transfer logs ensure results cannot be challenged on procedural grounds.

Witnessed Collection
A trained, neutral collector witnesses and documents the sample collection at a CLIA-certified site.
Tamper-Evident Sealing
The sample is sealed in a tamper-evident container in the presence of the donor and collector.
Documented Transfer
A chain-of-custody form accompanies the sample at every step, signed by each handler.
Accredited Lab Analysis
The sealed sample is received and analyzed at an AABB-accredited or SAMHSA-certified lab.

We collect only the information necessary to process your test. Results are delivered exclusively to the authorized parties named at the time of ordering. We do not sell, share, or disclose your personal health information to any third party without your explicit written consent, except as required by law.
